How to Order

On Line

You can send your order on-line any time of the day or night using our secure site. Simply complete the order form, making sure you've completed all the necessary details and submit it on line.
Unfortunately, due to the tremendous increase in credit card fraud originating from web-based non-ISP e-mail domains such as hotmail.com, juno.com, usa.net and hundreds of others, we no longer process orders with payment by credit card from such domains. If you only have one of these types of e-mail accounts, you can only purchase through our Company using aTelegraphic Transfer or an International Bank Draft.

By Fax

Please print the order form, complete it and fax it to us - any time day or night on 64-7-577 0464. Fax orders may be placed with a credit card only.

By Mail

Please print the order form, complete it and post it with a cheque or your credit card details to: Bay Marine Electronics Ltd, PO Box 14277, Tauranga, New Zealand.

Our office hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday morning subject to staff availability (please check with us prior), New Zealand time for easy ordering.

How to Pay

You have the option of paying by Visa, Mastercard, Direct Credit or by cheque, if you order by mail.
Overseas orders must be paid by Telegraphic Trasnfer or Bank Draft in New Zealand Dollars.

Delivery

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. For New Zealand residents: you can expect your order to arrive at your door within two days - (depending on stock availability). All of our deliveries are made by courier to the Street address you specify.
They are dispatched by Signature Required Service. If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left in your letterbox so you can arrange a suitable delivery time with them. Our Courier and Insurance charge is $10 for the North Island and $15 for the South Island for packages up to 5kg. An additional charge would apply for packages above this weight.
International residents: Freight will depend on the weight of the product. We will e-mail you with the final order price.

Back Orders

We endeavour to keep our on-line shopping site as up to date as possible. However we sometimes cannot accurately forecast customer demand. Should you order a product that we cannot supply, you will be notified immediately. With regards to payment, if you are paying by credit card, you will not be charged for any products on backorder until they are dispatched to you. For security reasons, however, all cheques are banked on receipt. Your payment will be refunded promptly if you cancel your backorder.
International residents: If your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will contact you for instructions on whether you wish your order to be despatched as is or whether you wish to wait for the back ordered product.

Guarantee

Every item displayed in our on-line shopping site is covered by a full 7-day right-of-return. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the goods to us in their original packaging and condition. We will be happy to replace it, exchange it, or refund your money - with no questions asked.

Personalised Products
Because personalised products have been customised to suit your requirements, we cannot accept returns, unless of course an imprinting error has been made on our part. If this should occur, please contact us immediately and we will ensure that it is put right promptly.

Returns

All of our items are checked before despatch and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive your goods and they are damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for your goods to be collected and replaced or arrange for you to return it to us at our cost. All 7 day return goods must be shipped back to us at your cost. We will not accept product shipped back to us as C.O.D. Personalised products are non-returnable, unless by agreement with Bay Marine Electronics. Returns to Bay Marine Electronics Ltd, 58 Cross Road, Sulphur Point, Tauranga, New Zealand.

We are periodically able to offer other products and services that we feel may interest our customers. So you may receive details of special offers from us in the future. However, should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld from these mailings. Bay Marine Electronics does not disclose private information to any person or company.
