Furuno's new color FCV620 fishfinder is compact, waterproof and packed full of power, clarity and features normally found in Furuno's larger, commercial sounders. The FCV620 features a 5.6" color LCD (TFT) display that unveils the underwater world. This dual-frequency digital fish finder has a high transmission output power of 600 Watts and operates at 50 kHz, 200 kHz or both. The FCV620 incorporates Furuno's new digital signal processing technology. The digital filter helps adjust gain, STC and output power, and also suppresses noise that occurs just below the transducer. The incorporation of this new digital technology facilitates outstanding detection in both shallow and deep water. Much like Furuno's larger models, the FCV620 also delivers detailed bottom readings in 8, 16 or 64 levels of color gradations, revealing the most subtle echo images. There are four basic operational modes: Single-Frequency (50 or 200 kHz), Dual-Frequency, Zoom (Marker Zoom, Bottom Zoom, Bottom-Lock) and Nav Data. You can operate the unit in one of its two Auto modes. For the experienced angler, operate it in manual mode to further enhance the unit. The FCV620 unit design concept is ideal for boats with limited space. When the unit is table-top mounted, you can swivel the display around for the best viewing angle. If flush mounting is the best approach for your application, the FCV620's quick release bracket makes installation quick and easy. The FCV620 includes both gimbal and flush mounting hardware.
